Date, Time & Price:

  • Dates for April 2025:

    • Monday the 14th

    • Tuesday the 15th

    • Wednesday the 16th

    • Tuesday the 22nd

    • Wednesday the 23rd

    • Thursday the 24th

  • Drop off time is 9:30am, and Pick Up time is 3:30pm

  • Price for the program is $99, all inclusive of hire harness and shoes. This booking fee is non-refundable if cancelled or postponed within 72hrs of the booking date.

What’s involved?

A structured 6 hour day starting at 9:30am with a warm up and introduction to climbing basics and safety in the gym, before we jump right into some fun challenges and games aimed at encouraging a team mentality as well as using creative ways to engage the kids in rock climbing and its different disciplines. Breaks for recess and lunch will be timed to fit in the day, with a cool down before pick up at 3:30pm.

Need to know!

  • This program is suited for beginner to intermediate climbers aged 7 - 12 years old

  • Spaces are limited to 16 per each date, bookings are essential to secure a spot

  • Any new climber to the gym must have a joining waiver filled out by their parent in order to be allowed to climb. This waiver can be filled out in advance by clicking Here . If your child already has one of our blue member cards, this part is not necessary.

  • For the safety of your child, you must disclose any allergies or any other pre-existing medical conditions on the booking form

  • The program is fully facilitated and supervised by our trained staff, who are all experienced climbers

Am I able to use an Active Kids Voucher?

Absolutely, you will just need to enter the voucher number and expiry date on the intake form where applicable. To use the Active Kids voucher, enter the code “ACTIVEKIDS” on the payment page to apply the discount.

Please note: Active Kids Vouchers cannot be applied once payment has been finalised.

What to bring:

  • Wear comfortable exercise clothes – no skirts (Socks are recommended for hire shoes)

  • Jumper in case of cooler weather

  • Water bottle

  • Packed Lunch + Recess/Snacks

  • Signed joining waiver in advance online (see above)

How do I sign my child up for the Kids Holiday Program?

Simply book online below and fill out all questions as required!

Spaces are limited to 16 kids per program. Max spaces per booking request is 1, so if you are enrolling more than 1 child, you will need to complete an additional booking. Once you have made your booking and submitted your payment, your child’s space is guaranteed.

Interested in a discount for the program?

On the 15th of July, we will be collecting promotional content (photography and Videography) for our holiday program. Participants will be entitled to a reduced price if they enrol for the holiday program on the 15th of July. A media waiver will be sent via email for those enrolled, which needs to be returned before the program start time, waivers can also be filled out on the day at drop off. If you enrol into the holiday program and decline to have digital media (photography and videography) collected of your child, you will be charged the full price of the program.
